Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer located in Kozhenchery. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of gold loan disbursements, including customer interactions, assessing gold for purity, providing accurate loan valuations, and maintaining customer records. The role will also involve timely documentation, ensuring compliance with gold loan policies, and driving sales to achieve targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction is a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Skills in customer service, client relationships, and communication to effectively assist and engage with clients.
- Knowledge of gold appraisal, valuation techniques, and wealth management principles.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing financial documentation processes.
- Sales acumen and the ability to achieve or exceed loan disbursement targets.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with gold loan regulations, compliance, and risk assessment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational qualifications in finance, banking, or a related field are preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
