Role Description
The Gold Loan Officer role at CSB Bank is a full-time on-site position located in Kollam. Responsibilities include evaluating and processing gold loan applications, verifying gold quality, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining customer accounts. The role also involves promoting gold loan products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines. Providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and fostering long-term relationships are key elements of this position.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of gold appraisal, valuation, and documentation processes
- Experience in lending, financial analysis, and loan disbursement
- Skills in customer relationship management and effective communication
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using financial software and basic computer applications
- Understanding of regulatory compliance standards in loan operations
- Prior experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
