Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Golang Trainer. The Golang Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions to learners, developing course materials and resources, and mentoring learners to enhance their understanding of Golang. Additional responsibilities include assessing participants' progress, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing constructive feedback to ensure skill development and job readiness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Golang programming and ability to teach foundational and advanced concepts
- Experience in designing and developing training materials and tutorials
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues faced by learners
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends in software development and Golang practices
- Previous experience in mentoring, coaching, or training roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- 3+ years of experience is a must
