Role Overview
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in
Golang and Java, along with the ability to drive
technical design decisions, system scalability, and automation initiatives. The candidate will operate as a
technical lead (IC Lead), guiding development teams while contributing directly to code and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Application Development & Engineering - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using:
- Golang
- Java / Spring Boot
- Develop scalable REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems
- Build event-driven solutions using messaging frameworks (Kafka)
- Ensure high-performance, secure, and reliable application delivery
✅ Technical Leadership (Individual Contributor Lead)
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Drive engineering best practices and architectural consistency
- Act as a technical anchor in delivering complex features
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Experience
- 8–10 years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong experience in distributed systems and enterprise application development
✅ Technical Skills - Golang
- Concurrency (goroutines, channels, worker pools)
- REST service development
- Java FullStack
- Java
- Angular/React/Vue
- Spring Boot
- Microservices architecture
- APIs and Integration
- REST APIs
- API security and integration patterns
- Databases
✅ Platform & Tools
- Kafka or event-streaming platforms
- Containerization: Docker
- Orchestration: Kubernetes
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub
- Build tools: Maven / Gradle
- Logging/Monitoring: Splunk / ELK / Datadog
- Cloud adoption (AWS/Azure)
✅ Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-impact IC role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have - Experience with any BPM / Workflow tools:
- Camunda / ServiceNow workflows / Temporal
