Golang Developer (3+ to 8 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Golang Developer with 3+ years of experience to build scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain microservices and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang)
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
• Work with both monolithic and microservices architectures, including migration and optimization
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Implement security and data protection practices
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Golang
• Solid understanding of microservices and monolithic architectures
• Experience with REST APIs and gRPC services
• Database experience:
• SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with Git version control
• Strong understanding of concurrency, data structures, and algorithms in Go

Good to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Experience with distributed systems and high-availability architectures
