Golang Developer (3+ Years Experience)

 Location: Bangalore (On-site)

 About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer with 3+ years of experience to build scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain microservices and APIs.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang)
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
• Work on both monolithic and microservices architectures, including system migration and optimization
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Golang
• Solid understanding of microservices and monolithic architectures
• Experience building REST APIs and gRPC-based services
• Familiarity with databases like:
• SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (container orchestration)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Understanding of Git version control
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns, data structures, and algorithms in Go

Good to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Experience with distributed systems and high-availability architectures
