You will not be building simple funnels or email campaigns.
You will be assigned structured workflow automation systems used in production
environments.
Core Responsibilities
You will:
Build Production GoHighLevel Workflow
Systems
Including:
● Multi-step automation workflows
● Conditional branching workflows
● Workflow re-entry logic
● Multi-trigger workflow execution
● Time-delay workflow automation
● Event-driven workflow execution
Design CRM and Funnel Automation
Workflows
You will:
● Implement lead capture workflows
● Build lead qualification workflows
● Automate pipeline stage updates
● Create funnel-based automation logic
● Assign contacts based on routing logic
● Maintain workflow consistency across lifecycle stages
Implement Workflow Logic and Routing
You will:
● Build conditional workflow paths
● Implement tag-based automation logic
● Assign leads using defined conditions
● Trigger task and notification workflows
● Manage contact movement across pipelines
● Maintain workflow execution accuracy
Manage Workflow Monitoring and
Optimization
You will:
● Monitor workflow execution logs
● Debug workflow failures
● Optimize workflow timing
● Improve workflow performance
● Maintain workflow reliability
You must be comfortable debugging workflows used in live production accounts.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in:
GoHighLevel Workflow Automation
You must have production experience with:

You must have built:
