Led customer advocacy initiatives, including soliciting client testimonials, generating G2 reviews, delivered measurable impact on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall customer lifetime value. and developing case studies to showcase GHL's value proposition, and transformed client relationships into long-term partnerships through proactive engagement and value delivery.
