About the role

GoHealth Intro: As a leading health insurance marketplace, GoHealth’s mission is to improve access to healthcare in America. For customers, enrolling in a health insurance plan is confusing and difficult, and seemingly small differences between plans can lead to significant out-of-pocket costs or lack of access to critical medicines and even providers. We use our technology, data science, agents, and expertise to cut through the confusion and get customers enrolled in a plan with the right coverage and benefits.

Why Apply: GoHealth has established a culture where our employees feel empowered, engaged and inspired. We are looking for builders who will contribute to the long-term health of the company.

Work on-site in Bratislava with a hybrid setup, requiring at least two days per week in the office. Regular employment only, no B2B contracts.

Salary starting at 1.600 EUR/month

This is a legal monthly minimum required to be stated by the Slovak law. Offered salary varies based on relevant experience and skills. Plus: Annual Salary Bonus based on individual & company performance.

Your role

You will join as a Junior QA Analyst, an entry-level role where you will learn and apply foundational software testing techniques. Under direct supervision, you will execute predefined test cases, document results, and report bugs. This role is best suited for technically inclined individuals who enjoy digging into systems, troubleshooting, and working with automation rather than simply following click-based testing. It offers an opportunity for those interested in developing their technical skills and partially engaging in test automation. As you grow in the role, you will become familiar with the organization’s tools, processes, and testing methodologies while collaborating with senior QA team members to ensure product quality.

You will

  • Execute predefined manual or automated test cases and document results accurately.
  • Log identified defects in the bug tracking system with clear reproduction steps.
  • Assist in reviewing basic requirements and acceptance criteria under supervision.
  • Follow established QA processes and adhere to team workflows.
  • Communicate test findings to QA leads and team members.
  • Continuously learn and improve testing skills through mentorship and feedback.

A legacy of leadership

As a leader in providing technical solutions in health insurance mediation, we have a robust digital platform that covers the entire life cycle of customers and helps millions of customers access affordable health insurance.

Our technology plays a key role in our growth, and we are systematically modernizing our technological stack. We’re committed to growing a team of well-rounded engineers, operating software in a production environment and building easily maintainable software. That’s where you come in.
