We are expanding and looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team in Jaipur. Job Summary We are seeking a versatile UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our creative and product development teams. This role requires a blend of user interface design expertise and strong graphic design skills to deliver compelling and functional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both user experience and visual storytelling, with at least 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design. Key Responsibilities Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance functionality and usability. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Design and produce engaging visual assets for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, infographics, presentations, and more. Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure consistent and cohesive design implementation. Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and brand consistency across platforms. Incorporate feedback and refine designs while meeting project timelines. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in both UI/UX and graphic design. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and graphic design work across multiple media. Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. Excellent attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Good communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus. (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with print production and brand identity creation. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
