What You’ll Do
- Perform residential plumbing inspections focused on flood prevention
- Identify early warning signs before systems fail
- Inspect key components:
- Water heaters
- Supply & drain lines
- Shut-off valves
- Fixtures (toilets, faucets)
- Water pressure & filtration systems
- Educate homeowners on risks and preventative solutions
- Recommend services when issues are found
- Generate leads for repair/replacement work
- Document findings using company tools

What You Bring
