Plumbing Apprentice

As a Plumbing Apprentice, your mission is to become a highly skilled Plumbing Service Technician through hands-on field experience and structured training. You'll support experienced plumbers on residential service calls and learn how to deliver a world-class customer experience. What You’ll Do

• Assist a lead plumber on residential service calls, performing tasks with care and precision
• Create positive connections with customers through professionalism and communication
• Help prepare job sites and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Support accurate truck inventory and job staging
• Follow quality checklists and complete all paperwork accurately
• Participate in on-the-job learning and classroom-based training
• Uphold Goettl’s standards of safety, service, and integrity at all times

What You Bring

• A track record of commitment and continuous improvement
• A valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
• Exceptional organization, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Clear and confident communication skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and a desire to grow within the trade
• Comfort with physical labor including lifting, bending, and working in various environmental conditions
• Basic tech skills including email and mobile communication tools
