We are seeking a Product Manager who is keen on working within a product development team, has a background in system and integration analysis, and is ready to take on a dynamic career opportunity by driving requirements analysis, resolving system issues, and enhancing product functionalities!
What you will be doing:
- Design and guide development of a product, enhance product market fit
- In close cooperation with Dev Lead plan squad work, set squad goals and define initiatives, especially in area of design and product business value
- Establish team metrics for managing the team operations and work quality
- Lead squad members
- React to product bugs and malfunctions, analyze cause of incorrect or unexpected system behavior
- Identify opportunities and resolve issues – raising from market and business strategy changes, users’ behavior and clients’ needs, local regulations, and compliances
- Provide product management expertise, perform requirements analysis, design part of product, prepare functional specifications, manage product backlog
- Perform UX analysis
- Perform market analysis, verify applicability, identify opportunities raising from new business solutions, other products and partnerships
- Overlook development, QA and deployment of product functionalities
- Work within the squad according to agreed agile approach, interact with other product stakeholders
- Co-build engineering and product practice by learning, sharing knowledge, applying and defining best practices
- Share knowledge about the product internally – by knowledge management initiatives and externally - by presales and product marketing initiatives
What we're looking for:
- Experience in travel industry in topics connected to rail or air transport.
- Experience in agile product development environment
- 5+ years of relevant product management/design, subject matter expert or business / system analysis work experience
- Team management experience
- Degree
- Working skills in requirements, processes, business analysis
