Key Responsibilities

• Sell Affordable Housing products
• Execute AH strategy to overachieve branch goals
• Relationship management with DSAs, connectors, and individual leads
• Monitor distribution network and plan sales promotion activities
• Handle documentation and customer support for loan application
• Coordinate with support functions for TAT and service delivery
• Provide updates to customers on loan status
• Promote customer satisfaction culture
• Maintain databases, MIS, and regular reporting
• Cross-sell insurance and related products
