About the role

The Lead Customer Researcher will be responsible for leading and executing research initiatives that drive product and business decisions. You will work closely with our Product, Design, and Engineering teams to uncover customer needs, pain points, and behaviors, and translate those insights into product requirements and design decisions. This role requires strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, a passion for understanding customer needs, and the ability to effectively communicate research findings to a cross-functional team.
