Location: Bengaluru Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Mode: On-site Experience: 3?6 Years (SaaS preferred) About We are seeking an ambitious and strategic manager to drive revenue growth at Sales This role is ideal for a SaaS sales professional with a global mindset and a passion for building scalable go-to-market motions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for targeting B2B teams across SMB and enterprise segments globally Own the full sales cycle ? from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closure Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, and partner channels Drive enterprise sales conversations with key decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, Sales Leaders) across global markets Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align on ICP, messaging, and positioning Identify new market opportunities and contribute to pricing and packaging strategies Track and report on key metrics ? ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, and pipeline velocity Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and drive account expansion Requirements 3?6 years of experience in SaaS sales or strategy roles Proven track record in both individual/SMB sales and enterprise sales Experience selling to global markets (US, Europe, or APAC) Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, outbound sales funnels, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a startup setup Nice to Have Prior experience selling a sales tech / outreach / CRM SaaS product Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) or hybrid sales models Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Prior experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup Why Join us Sell a product that solves a real pain point ?
