Core Responsibilities
Technical Sales Enablement
- Build and maintain integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
- Automate lead routing, scoring, and enrichment workflows
- Create internal tools and dashboards that give sales/marketing teams real-time insights
Data & Analytics
- Own the GTM data stack — pipelines from product, web, and CRM into a warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Build attribution models, funnel analytics, and revenue reporting
- Ensure data quality and consistency across GTM systems
Product-Led Growth (PLG) Infrastructure
- Instrument product usage signals to trigger sales plays
- Build systems that identify expansion/upsell opportunities from usage data
- Connect product telemetry to CRM records
Tooling & Automation
- Evaluate and implement GTM tools (ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, etc.)
- Write scripts and workflows to eliminate manual, repetitive GTM tasks
