Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Go Developer. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining backend services using Go. Day-to-day tasks include building high-performance APIs, troubleshooting and debugging code, optimizing applications for stability and performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to best practices in software engineering and testing. This role will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that power our Business Operating System.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Go programming language and experience building backend applications using Go.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
- Understanding of database management systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
- Experience with code troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and their services.
- Strong grasp of version control, particularly using Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse, remote development teams.
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
