Work closely with developers, engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to gather information, understand content requirements, and ensure content accuracy. Assist in the development and execution of content strategies that support business goals and objectives. Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy. Ensure all content meets the company's style and quality standards. Maintain and update existing content to ensure it remains current and relevant. Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content. Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and help guides for software products and services. Develop training materials and content to support internal and external training initiatives. Participate in technical reviews to provide feedback and ensure content accuracy.
