About the role

As our Manager, Operations and Compliance, you sit within our Enablement Office team and will play a critical role in keeping our operations & compliance programs running smoothly and efficiently. You'll manage the systems, processes, and compliance efforts that power in‑market executions while acting as a key communication link between our client consulting team and internal partners. Your work ensures our tools and data are accurate, our inventory is well managed, and our venues remain fully compliant with all program requirements. In this role, you'll support logistics and operations programs for one of our largest clients and collaborate closely with senior level Manager and Director across multiple medium to large scale projects. It's a role that blends operational problem solving, process oversight, and cross-team coordination making every day both dynamic and impactful. REQUIRED SKILLS Systems Management. You will oversee the system set up for in-market execution including scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking ensuring consistent and reliable data inputs for accurate reporting. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and proficiency in Excel are essential. Logistics and Inventory Management. You'll support product and incentive ordering, routing and reconciliation. You will also ensure that inventory and movements are compliant and accurately recorded, conduct inventory audits when needed, and analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels. Venue Compliance. You'll oversee venue creation and maintain trackers for venues, licenses and research. You'll coordinate with Legal and Systems teams to support process alignment, process and track contracts and compliance protocols, and ensure audit readiness. Understanding compliance and experience with regulated in-market environments is a plus. Documentation & SOPs**. You will develop, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs, process guides, and other key documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and operational excellence.** Strong written communication skills and experience in creating training materials are a strong advantage. Collaboration. You hold yourself and those on your team accountable, supporting each other to seize opportunities and come to the most innovative and effective process as a team. You will collaborate extensively across functions including Client Consulting, Legal and Compliance, Finance, and the Enablement Office to establish the best practice processes that meet client business needs. Flexibility. We are a virtual-first team. You thrive in a remote work environment and have the flexibility to work across multiple time zones. Strong self-management and communication skills for remote collaboration are required.
