- Project Planning and Monitoring:
- Prepare and update Master Schedule for the project on monthly basis − Review the detailed project schedule submitted by Contactor and ensure it is in line with the Master Schedule
- Plan the resource requirement- material and manpower, throughout the project lifecycle on monthly basis
- Continuously monitor the project for adherence to the planned timelines, cost, resource requirement and quality standards; analyze deviations on a periodic basis and highlight the same to Project Site Head for timely resolution
- Coordinate with the central Design & Architecture team for timely receipt of project designs*
- Coordinate with respective Project Coordinators, participate in periodic project review meetings at the Corporate to ensure resolution of all project related bottlenecks in a timely manner
- Provide inputs to Head-Projects for effective project planning and assist in the review of various activities related to project execution − Provide inputs to Head-Projects for identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, waste reduction etc.
- Support Project Site Head in monitoring adherence to Quality and HSE compliance

- MIS and Reporting:
- Interact with the Project Execution Team members (Civil, Services, Billing etc) for Project related information in order to collate data and create all Project related Reports/MIS
- Ensure timely preparation/consolidation of all MIS and reports for site activities and ensure circulation of same
- Support Project Site Head in consolidating information/reports on requests from various Functions at Corporate
| - Percentage adherence to timelines for preparation and circulation of MIS/ status reports (weekly/monthly/yearly etc.)
- Quality of project status reports/MIS (Based on feedback from the Head-Projects)

- Others: − Adhere to the established Department SOPs.
- Survey the environment for latest developments and best practices in construction equipment, techniques and tools; Provide inputs to Head-Projects on the feasibility of implementing the same.
- Contribute to the Knowledge Management initiatives of the Department
- Ensure timely updation of data/information in ERP, as applicable

- Number of Knowledge Management initiatives undertaken during the year/ adherence to the Knowledge Management plan defined for the role for the year
- Number of instances of delays/ erroneous data updation in ERP
