Role Description
We are seeking a part-time, remote GMAT Tutor to guide students in preparing for the GMAT exam. The responsibilities include creating lesson plans, conducting one-on-one or small group sessions, providing customized guidance based on students' learning needs, and delivering strategies to improve test-taking skills. The role also involves helping students build confidence and proficiency in GMAT-specific subject areas like quantitative reasoning, verbal reasoning, and analytical writing.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in GMAT subject areas, including Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and Analytical Writing
- Strong ability to design tailored lesson plans and customize teaching approaches based on individual student needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective one-on-one or group instruction
- Experience in standardized test preparation and a strong understanding of test-taking strategies
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and technology for remote instruction
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Previous GMAT teaching experience or a high GMAT score (700+ preferred) is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
