Role Overview:
We’re looking for a senior professional to lead the Tendering & Estimation function for large-scale interior fit-out projects. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll drive bid strategy, pricing excellence, and improve win ratios.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead end-to-end tendering process (RFQ to submission)
✔️ Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial proposals
✔️ Drive value engineering and cost optimization
✔️ Define pricing strategies using market intelligence
✔️ Identify and mitigate commercial & contractual risks
✔️ Collaborate with design, procurement & execution teams
✔️ Lead negotiations and client interactions
✔️ Build and mentor a high-performing tendering team
✔️ Standardize processes and drive automation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
🔹 15–20+ years in interior fit-out / contracting industry
🔹 Strong expertise in tendering, estimation & commercial functions
🔹 Experience handling ₹10 Cr+ projects
🔹 Proven leadership & team management experience
🔹 Background in Civil / Interior / Construction Management preferred
