Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage the end-to-end Supply Chain and Lab Operations for our diagnostic business. The role involves procurement, vendor coordination, inventory management, logistics oversight, and ensuring smooth day-to-day lab operations. Candidates must have prior experience in the diagnostics or healthcare industry and a strong understanding of both supply chain and lab workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
• Handle end-to-end procurement, vendor management, and inventory planning.
• Ensure timely stock availability and efficient material movement.
• Strengthen distribution channels and optimize costs.
Logistics & Distribution
• Oversee sample and material transportation with strict TAT adherence.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and resolve daily operational issues.
Lab Operations
• Manage daily lab workflow and resource allocation.
• Ensure quality compliance (NABL/CAP) and support equipment maintenance.
• Monitor TAT, QC, productivity, and reagent availability.
Team Management
• Lead supply chain and operations teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and drive process improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic supply chain, logistics, and lab operations.
• Understanding of reagents, consumables, biomedical equipment, QC processes, and lab standards.
• Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory tools, and MIS reporting.
