Role: GM/Senior Sales Manager (Sea, Air, Transportation)

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad

Requirements:

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales within the logistics/freight forwarding industry
• Good knowledge of the market with a direct shipper/consignee clientele base
• Result-oriented with the ability to identify potential sales opportunities in the sea and air freight sector and achieve sales targets
• Strong sales-driven approach with prior experience in sales and business development functions
• Ability to identify new customers and develop Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Trucking products
• Proven ability to generate and close leads
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in dealing independently with shippers/shipping lines for sea & air freight forwarding

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client relationships to secure new business, identify market opportunities, and convert them into profitable sales
• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Achieve sales targets and maintain a robust sales pipeline

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of freight forwarding services (Sea, Air, transportation, and warehousing)
• Strong commercial acumen in prioritizing sales opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
