Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Sales at our Bhubaneswar location. The GM - Sales will be responsible for overseeing the dealership's sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring optimal customer service. The role involves setting measurable sales targets, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The incumbent will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and collaborating across departments to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Service skills to drive revenue and ensure exceptional buyer experiences
- Proven expertise in General Management and Team Management to oversee operations and lead a team effectively
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile dealership sales or similar roles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
