Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a General Manager – Sales specializing in real estate. The GM Sales will lead and manage the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing client relationships, ensuring a seamless customer service experience, and meeting business development goals. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various departments to align sales efforts with company objectives and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and driving revenue growth in the real estate sector.
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience in General Management, including strategic planning and business oversight.
- Ability to manage and lead teams effectively, fostering collaboration and performance enhancement.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local property markets, especially within the NCR region, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a relevant field. An MBA is a plus.
