Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Marketing to lead and execute comprehensive offline marketing strategies, with a strong focus on Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning- Develop and implement integrated offline marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Plan and manage ATL campaigns including TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising
- Design and execute BTL initiatives such as events, activations, promotions, and on-ground campaigns
Campaign Management- Lead end-to-end execution of ATL and BTL campaigns from concept to delivery
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media planners, and vendors
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance KPIs
Brand Management- Strengthen brand positioning through consistent messaging across all offline channels
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all marketing materials
Vendor & Stakeholder Management- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and production vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and digital marketing
Budget Management- Plan and optimize marketing budgets across ATL and BTL activities
- Track ROI and effectiveness of campaigns
Market Insights & Analysis- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in offline marketing with strong ATL & BTL exposure
- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns
- Strong understanding of media planning and buying
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring campaign ROI
