Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented General Manager – Marketing to lead the brand, digital, performance, patient acquisition, and growth marketing functions for Cancer Healer Centre.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building one of India's most recognized healthcare brands while driving patient acquisition, centre growth, market expansion, referral generation, and brand visibility across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in healthcare, hospitals, wellness, healthcare startups, or consumer-facing brands and possess a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing ecosystems.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Market Positioning
- Lead the overall brand strategy and positioning of Cancer Healer Centre across India.
- Build a consistent and premium brand experience across all patient touchpoints.
- Develop national and regional marketing campaigns to support centre expansion.
- Strengthen CHC's reputation as a trusted leader in integrative oncology.
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Oversee SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Drive patient acquisition, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
- Optimize marketing funnels and improve patient acquisition costs.
- Monitor marketing performance, attribution models, and ROI across channels.
Patient Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Develop growth strategies to increase consultations, treatments, and centre footfalls.
- Work closely with operations, patient services, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new patient acquisition opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Build referral marketing programs and partnership-driven growth initiatives.
Content, PR & Corporate Communications
- Lead content marketing, video marketing, patient stories, and educational campaigns.
- Drive public relations, media visibility, thought leadership, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Strengthen the personal brands of founders, doctors, and key leadership.
- Manage agency partners, media partners, influencers, and creative teams.
Team Leadership & Expansion
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across digital, branding, content, performance marketing, and creative functions.
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and marketing dashboards.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Support marketing readiness for new centre launches across India.
Candidate ProfileQualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, wellness, healthcare startups, consumer healthcare, or multi-location service brands preferred.
