Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Nagpur for a General Manager Marketing (GM Marketing). The GM Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and managing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. Additionally, the role requires overseeing a team and driving sales growth through effective team management and collaboration with other departments. The role focuses on strengthening the market position and fostering customer relationships.Knowladge of Digital, e-comerce, online Marketing.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and developing innovative strategies
- Proficiency in conducting in-depth Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
- Proven ability in Team Management, including leading and motivating teams to achieve targets
- Experience and expertise in Sales and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to make strategic marketing decisions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in manufacturing or related industries is an advantag.
