🚀 We’re Hiring General Manager (GM) – Manufacturing
📍 Location: Noida

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (Manufacturing) to lead our fabrication and manufacturing operations for air pollution control systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production planning & execution for fabrication projects
- Oversee fabrication supervision & technical operations (ESP, Bag Filters, Ducts, Chimneys, etc.)
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and cost optimization
- Manage team, manpower, and productivity improvements
- Handle plant & machine maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and material suppliers
- Drive reporting & MIS systems for operational efficiency
🎯 Requirements:
- Experience: 12–15 years (with 3–4 years in leadership role)
- Background in EPC / Heavy Fabrication / Pollution Control Equipment / Steel Structures
- Strong leadership, execution, and operational management skills
