We are looking for an experienced Operations Head – Sales & Recruitment to lead our sales, recruitment delivery, and overall operations. This is a leadership role for someone who can scale teams, win new business, strengthen client relationships, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced staffing environment.
What You'll Do
- Drive business development and acquire new clients across multiple industries
- Lead and mentor Sales and Recruitment teams to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for permanent and contract staffing
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
- Develop scalable recruitment and operational processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Own revenue growth, profitability, client satisfaction, and overall operational performance
- Track KPIs, optimize team productivity, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry
- Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role managing both Sales and Recruitment functions
- Proven success in client acquisition, revenue generation, and team management
- Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, and staffing best practices
- Experience working with enterprise clients, and direct hiring programs is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
