We’re hiring a GM – Human Resources in Kolkata.
This role will lead HR across a growing logistics, warehousing, and cold chain business. We are looking for someone who can help build and scale the organisation.
What the role involves:
- Owning HR across corporate and multiple sites
- Building teams across levels — frontline, engineers, managers, site leaders
- Driving performance and accountability across the organisation
- Bringing structure to roles, reporting, and org design
- Managing manpower planning, productivity, and retention
- Ensuring strong HR presence on-ground at sites
- Handling compliance as a hygiene baseline
Who this would suit:
- 20+ years of HR experience with strong operations exposure
- Experience managing multi-site teams and large workforces
- Comfortable across both blue-collar and white-collar HR
- Someone who prefers building teams and systems over policy-heavy roles
