The GM – HRBP acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role focuses on driving talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, culture building, and workforce planning across business units.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters
2. Talent Management & Development
- Lead talent acquisition strategy for key roles
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Identify capability gaps and implement learning interventions
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a high-performance and inclusive work culture
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning
- Address employee concerns and enhance workplace experience
4. Workforce Planning & Analytics
- Develop workforce plans aligned with business growth
- Use HR analytics to drive data-based decision-making
- Monitor key HR metrics (attrition, productivity, engagement)
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws
- Oversee HR processes and governance across locations
- Drive HR digital transformation and process improvements
6. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
- Manage relationships across multiple geographies and cultures
Key Requirements:- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- 12–18 years of HR experience, with strong HRBP exposure
- Experience in managing multi-location or international teams
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
- Expertise in talent management, change management, and HR analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
