Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and strengthen internal processes. The role will focus on financial control, managerial audits, and strategic financial planning, supporting business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations
Managerial Audit & Internal Controls
- Conduct managerial audits to assess operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Design and implement internal control systems and audit mechanisms
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and process gaps; recommend corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial governance
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide insights for cost control and profitability improvement
- Support management in strategic financial decision-making
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory filings
- Ensure timely compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants
Business Support
- Work closely with operations and leadership teams to align financial and business goals
- Assist in pricing strategies, cost analysis, and contract evaluations
- Support audits, financial reviews, and due diligence processes
Key Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA or CA Inter (mandatory)
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or auditing
- Strong experience in managerial audit / internal audit is essential
- Experience in service, landscaping, infrastructure, or related industries is an advantage
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
- Expertise in managerial audits and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools (Tally/ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
