GM - Finance & Accounts 

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated GM - Finance & Accounts to join our Real Estate team in Guwahati. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance within dynamic business environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.
  • Monitor and manage expenditures within allotted budget.
  • Develop comprehensive financial reports for executive management effectively reflecting the financial position of the company.
  • Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
  • Lead efforts in financial audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Supervise and manage finance department staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages accountability and high standards of work ethics.
  • Negotiate with banks for loans syndication to secure beneficial terms for business expansion or operational needs.


Required Skills:
  • Solid expertise in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Budget Management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively, with a keen eye for detail that ensures accurate financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a capacity to make decisions under financial pressures.


Secondary Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Cost Control, Reporting & Compliance, Tax & Audit processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills particularly in banking contexts and loan syndication processes.
  • Adept at using finance software along with advanced Excel skills to handle complex calculations accurately and efficiently.


Experience Range:

20-30 years

Job Timing:

This position requires the candidate to work in-office as per standard office hours from Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required as per business needs.

Job Type:
