- Core Interior Design
- To oversee and review ID of projects and work towards creating amenities in that space relevant to the audience: Office / Mall visitor
- Critical review of the ID presentations with recommendations
- Create amenities for the product richness and aspiration for the product
- Strategy & Inhouse Capability Building -
- Create original experience concepts (sensory standards, art strategy, wayfinding philosophy, hospitality protocols) without dependency on external consultants.
- Build reusable internal toolkits: brand customer experience guidelines, design templates, audit frameworks, training modules.
- Decide what to outsource (e.g., fragrance formulation, app development) vs. keep inhouse (concept design, journey mapping, content programming)
- Physical Experience Design -
- Develop and enforce portfolio-wide sensory standards (signature fragrance, music playlists, lighting warmth).
- Own art-in-architecture strategy - curate rotating sculptures, murals, digital art installations inhous
- Design furniture, biophilia, and layouts for common areas (pantries, breakout zones, atriums).
- Service & Human Experience
- Set uniform and grooming standards for facility staff, concierge, security.
- Create hospitality training modules (delivered by internal team or low-cost partners).
- Run frictionless tenant onboarding experiences and feedback systems.
- Unloved Spaces" Remediation: Audit and retrofit dead spaces (parking, loading docks) into experiential zones.
A successful GM (Customer Experience) should have
- Bachelor in Architecture/Interior Design reputed institute
- 18 - 22 years of relevant work experience
