We Are Hiring – GM – Business Development (Sales – BPO)
📍 Location: Noida
💼 Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven BPO Business Developer to join our growing team. If you have strong expertise in client acquisition, outsourcing sales, and BPO operations, we would love to connect with you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and client meetings
* Identify potential clients and understand their outsourcing requirements
* Pitch BPO services including customer support, backend operations, recruitment support, and sales process services
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports
* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
* Work as an Individual Contributor (IC) to drive revenue growth
🔹 Required Skills:
✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Good understanding of the BPO/KPO industry
✔️ Experience in lead generation and client handling
✔️ Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
✔️ Confidence in client interaction and presentations
✔️ Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
🎓 Qualification:
* Graduate or Pursuing Graduation
* 8+ years of experience in BPO industry
* Prior experience in Business Development/Sales preferred
