Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 20-50 LPA)

Requirements
- Master planning and development of extensive land parcels, which includes Town & Country planning
- Coordination of concept to design with consultants
- Optimization of layouts, utilization of Floor Area Ratio (FAR), and alignment with zoning regulations
- Strong collaboration with development, leasing, and execution teams
- Experience with mixed-use or large-scale commercial projects
- Proficiency in land architecture
Candidates must have experience with DTCP and layout planning.
