Strategy and Operations Manager, Payments

As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will lead the development and growth of the nascent Payments Business (eg. instant payouts, loans, BNPL, invoicing, and more), one of the largest revenue drivers of GlossGenius's business. You will collaborate cross-functionally, working hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Customer Experience, and Sales to move the needle on signups, onboarding, engagement, support, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to further establish GlossGenius as the preferred payment solution across the beauty and wellness industries and have a meaningful impact on the growth of the company.
