Senior Software Engineer, Backend

Senior Software Engineer, Backend Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems using modern technologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions - Write clean, modular, and well-documented code - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables - Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and implement fixes in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in backend engineering, preferably in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js) - Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-based architectures - Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, message queues, and caching systems - Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Experience with Agile development methodologies
