Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team remotely in India. The ideal candidate will specialize in crafting visually compelling and informative designs for our LinkedIn handle, social media platforms, and Recrew (https://www.recrew.ai/) campaigns. This role requires conceptualizing original ideas, translating them into engaging illustrations and creatives, and ensuring alignment with our brand’s vision. The designer will play a key role in creating impactful visuals that communicate our message effectively to our audience.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts by researching relevant information, trends, and materials to produce innovative designs for LinkedIn posts, social media content, and Recrew campaigns.
• Illustrate Ideas: Create examples of art arrangements, layouts, typography, and styles, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and are submitted for approval.
• Prepare Final Artwork: Use industry-standard software and tools to produce polished graphics, ensuring high-quality outputs for digital platforms.
• Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align designs with campaign goals and contribute to team efforts by meeting deadlines and objectives.
• Create Diverse Graphics: Design a wide range of assets, including product illustrations, company logos, infographics, and website visuals, with a focus on LinkedIn and social media engagement.
• Review and Refine: Evaluate final layouts, suggest improvements, and ensure designs are optimised for clarity, impact, and platform-specific requirements.
• Explain Through Visuals: Develop creatives that effectively communicate complex ideas or concepts in an engaging and accessible manner for professional audiences.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in graphic design with a focus on creating visually engaging and professional content.
• Deep understanding of colour theory, layouts, typography, and font selection to create cohesive and appealing designs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and align with team objectives.
• Creative problem-solving skills to translate abstract ideas into clear, impactful visuals.

Software Skills

• Expertise: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency: Canva and other designing platforms for quick, high-quality content creation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on social media, LinkedIn, or B2B marketing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, particularly for LinkedIn posts, social media campaigns, or professional branding.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working remotely with excellent time management and self-discipline.
