About the role

Role Overview As the GM/AVP Product Management at Glomore Electro-Tech Solutions LLP, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, overseeing the line cart, and managing & developing new and assigned ,ODM based own branded Industrial electronic product line for components and modules. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to expand the product portfolio, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance brand recognition. Key Responsibilities 1. Product development Strategy & Distribution Management Develop and implement a product strategy focused on distribution-driven growth. Oversee compete product life cycle management, including research, feasibility, development and commercialisation. Identify market gaps and expand the product portfolio to meet evolving customer demands. 2. Go-to-Market (GTM) and Product Positioning Formulate GTM strategies tailored for distribution-centric product launches. Partner with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and maximize market penetration. Build competitive pricing with combo solutions and offers ensuring upselling, cross selling and bundling possibilities to enhance CLV , CSAT and NPS scores and ratios Do competitive market analysis and demand forecasting 3. Product Management Evaluate and onboard ODM vendors for own-branded product expansion. Ensure quality control and seamless integration all products within the GETS ecosystem. Negotiate contracts and develop long-term partnerships with key suppliers. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with supply chain, operations, and regional sales teams to drive seamless product execution. Lead a team of product managers & executives Establish a data-driven decision-making culture to enhance product lifecycle management. 5. Performance Metrics Monitor key performance indicators such as sales growth w.r.t each product and it's Market potential, inventory turnover, and profit margins. Use data analytics to refine product strategies and improve overall brand performance.
