We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic fresh graduates with an academic background Shipping Logistics & Supply Chain Management to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to begin their career in the logistics industry and are passionate about process coordination and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day logistics and shipping operations Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams Track and manage shipment movement and documentation Ensure timely and accurate data entry in operational systems Support in preparing shipping instructions, bills of lading, invoices, and other related documents Maintain proper records of consignments, delivery notes, and receipts Assist in follow-ups with vendors, customers, and partners for smooth operations Help ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
