Client Project Coordinator

We're looking for a Client Project Coordinator to support our senior project managers with daily tasks and manage smaller client accounts. If you're someone who's eager to learn, loves staying organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on board. This role will give you the chance to work closely with clients and help manage key aspects of their projects. ✨ Manage tasks in our Asana system, including inputting audit and quarterly plan tasks ✨ Clean up outdated or incomplete projects in Asana ✨ Assist with client meeting preparations ✨ Communicate with and manage smaller client accounts Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, with core working hours of midday-8pm CET.
