Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of
consultants under our Global HCM Practice.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements collection via ADP Blueprint
- UAT, SIT and Parallel testing
- Data mapping and transformation
- Data conversion and validation
Required Qualification(s):
- At least 5 years ADP GlobalView implementation experience
- At least 3 different India implementations
- Excellent documentation skills to support both project controls requirements and standard work
- Analytical expertise
- Strong data analysis skills (including advanced Excel skills)
- Good communication skills and sense of urgency
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Located in India
- 2-5 years payroll ops experience in addition to above
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an initial duration through October 21, 2026, with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort: Full time
Working Hours: Standard Indian hours
