Job description - Desktop Support role
Office Timing: Rotational Shift.
Budget up to 5 LPA
Mandatory – Work from office , Viman Nagar, Pune, Espace IT park
Preferring Male candidates only
Responsibilities of Desktop Support engineer include:
Ensure that all equipment is in working order before installing new PCs for personnel.
Configuring fundamental necessary programs (i.e., Outlook, MS-office, Skype, Dropbox, VPN, Teams)
Necessary for all sorts of IT software installation & Troubleshooting desktop/Laptop issues.
4. FTP and console downloads and uploads of builds.
Creating and managing IT ticketing on a day-to-day basis.
Providing Basic network access through LAN/Wi-Fi. "
Make certain that all testing equipment is logged out of the storage and that any new equipment is marked and recorded.
Guarantee that a stock take is performed every six months to guarantee that no equipment or hardware is missing or defective.
Respond to and support QA Management requirements for project machine setup, as well as check build install.
Creating and updating system documentation
Managing the asset inventory, which is separated into projects with varying configurations of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
Manage workstations, laptops, mobile phones, printers, servers, and network equipment from purchase to decommissioning.
