About the role

Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to end users and partners for our AEM product line - Respond to product-related queries, investigate issues, and provide timely resolutions - Reproduce and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for investigation and resolution - Actively participate in knowledge sharing and documentation efforts to improve overall support capabilities - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for customer deployments - Engage with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in providing technical support for enterprise software products - Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its ecosystem - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to investigate and resolve complex issues - Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with diverse stakeholders - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality support - Familiarity with web technologies, content management systems, and software development best practices - Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
