The job details below are included in the employment contract from Globalization Partners (G-P) India, which we'll send separately. Employment with G-P is according to the employment contract, and may be conditional upon additional information and verifications. The job details below are not a legally binding employment contract. You should not rely on them when making any decisions about resigning from current employment. If both parties are satisfied with the job details, G-P creates the official employment contract. The employment contract will contain additional terms, including but not limited to, probationary period, employee obligations, confidentiality and intellectual property protections, post-employment obligations, and termination terms.
