Growth Associate

Growth Associate GlobalGiving is looking for a driven, analytical, and strategic Growth Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth across our customer acquisition and retention programs. You will work closely with leaders across the organization to implement innovative campaigns and strategies that acquire new donors and nurture existing donor relationships. What You'll Do: - Lead the execution of GlobalGiving's customer acquisition and retention strategies, including email marketing, social media campaigns, digital advertising, and other growth initiatives. - Analyze data and identify opportunities to enhance the performance of our growth campaigns. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and tactics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new growth initiatives. - Monitor key performance metrics and report on the impact of growth programs. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer acquisition and retention. What You Bring: - 1-3 years of experience in a growth, marketing, or customer acquisition role, preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and tactics, including email marketing, social media, and Google/Facebook advertising. - Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to inform strategy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A passion for GlobalGiving's mission and a commitment to using data and technology to drive social impact.
